Please rest assured that all the information you provide will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for verification purposes. 📦 What to Do If Your Package Was Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking info shows that your package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, here are a few steps to take before moving forward:

✅ First, Check the Following:

  • Look around your property: Carriers may leave packages in secure or hidden locations (behind planters, fences, etc.).

  • Ask neighbors or building management: It’s possible someone accepted the package on your behalf.

  • Verify your shipping address: Double-check the address on your order confirmation email to ensure it was entered correctly.

  • Wait a bit longer: Occasionally, carriers mark packages as “delivered” a few hours before actual delivery. It may still arrive shortly.

📬 Still Can’t Find It?

If your package still hasn’t arrived after completing the steps above, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier and filing a lost package report.

If the carrier’s investigation is closed and the package still hasn’t been recovered, the next step is to file a non-emergency police report.

🛡️ How to File a Non-Emergency Police Report for a Missing Package

If the carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) has marked your package as delivered but you're unable to locate it, and they’ve closed their investigation with no resolution, we may require a police report to proceed with a refund or replacement.

Here’s how to file one:

📍 Step 1: Contact Your Local Police Department

You can typically file a non-emergency report in one of two ways:

  • Online: Many departments offer online reporting. Search “[Your City] police department online report” to get started.

  • By Phone: Call your local police department’s non-emergency number, which can usually be found on their official website.

⚠️ Do not call 911 — this is not an emergency.

📞 What to Say When Filing the Report

When speaking with an officer or filling out the form, be sure to include:

  • That you’re filing a non-emergency report for a potentially stolen package

  • The date and time it was marked as delivered (e.g., July 19 at 12:49 PM)

  • That the package was never received

  • That the carrier has closed their investigation without resolution

  • That the retailer (Apex Sim Racing) has requested a report to issue a refund or replacement

✅ What to Request

Make sure you obtain the following from the officer or online form:

  • A case or report number

  • A copy of the report (digital or printed)

  • An estimated timeline for when the report will be available, if not immediate

📩 Next Steps

Once you have both the case number and the police report, please email them to our support team at [info@apexsimracing.com] or reply directly to your original support ticket.

As soon as we receive them, we’ll proceed with your refund or replacement.

🔄 Out of stock items will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll keep you updated on availability.

❓Need Additional Help?

If you're unsure how to file the report or run into any issues along the way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. We're here to help.

Which Carrier Was My Order Shipped With?

At Apex Sim Racing, we offer Economy, Expedited, and Next Day shipping options at checkout, so you can choose how fast you want your gear. While you select the speed, we select the carrier based on what gets your order delivered fastest and most efficiently.

Why Don’t I See a Carrier Choice at Checkout?

Instead of making you choose between UPS, FedEx, or USPS, we simplify the process with three delivery speed options:

  • Economy – Budget-friendly, typically 3–7 business days

  • Expedited – Faster delivery, usually 2–3 business days

  • Next Day – Delivered by the next business day (if placed before cutoff)

We then choose the best carrier based on:

  • When that carrier picks up

  • Estimated delivery speed

  • Service reliability to your area

This lets us optimize your shipping experience while keeping things fast and cost-effective.

Why Was My Order Shipped with a Different Carrier Than I Expected?

We may occasionally use a different carrier than what you’re used to seeing for a few reasons:

  1. Carrier Pickup Timing
If one carrier has already picked up for the day, we may use another to get your order out the door faster.

  2. Faster Shipping for the Same Price
We check transit times daily. If another carrier can deliver your order faster, at no extra cost to you, we’ll make the switch.

  3. Delivery Reliability
Some areas are serviced more reliably by one carrier over another. We’ll always choose the option that gives your order the best chance of arriving safely and on time.

How Can I See Who Shipped My Order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

  • The carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)

  • Your tracking number

  • An estimated delivery date

Still not sure? Reach out to us ([email protected]) we’re happy to help you track it down.

Simagic Alpha vs Alpha EVO: Which One’s Right for You?

Choosing the right direct drive wheelbase can be critical down the line. Simagic’s Alpha and Alpha EVO lines both deliver high-performance force feedback, but they serve slightly different needs. Whether you're upgrading from gear drive or optimizing for pro-level telemetry, here's what you need to know to make the right call.

🚀 Lineup Breakdown

Alpha Series

  • Alpha Mini (10Nm) – Compact, entry-level DD with strong performance and passive cooling. Great for beginners or tight rigs.

  • Alpha (15Nm) – The workhorse. Powerful, clean, no-fuss FFB with passive cooling. Perfect for Simagic-first ecosystems.

  • Alpha U (23Nm) – Absolute monster. Industrial-grade torque, dual-CPU, designed for sim centers or top-tier realism junkies.

Alpha EVO Series

  • EVO Sport (9Nm) – Entry into zero-cogging DD. Smooth, refined, with active cooling and modern encoder tech.

  • EVO (12Nm) – Best of both worlds—great torque, high precision, active cooling, and USB passthrough.

  • EVO Pro (18Nm) – Simagic’s flagship. Insane smoothness, max compatibility, RGB flex, and more I/O than your brain can handle.

2. Cooling Preferences

  • Hate fan noise? Go Alpha.

  • Plan to push it hard? Go EVO for temp-regulated performance.

  • If you're sensitive to cogging or want ultra-smooth feedback: EVO series wins hands down.

  • If you're used to Fanatec or Thrustmaster and want raw torque first: Alpha 15Nm delivers.

4. Future-Proofing

  • Want to try 3rd-party wheels, button boxes, or telemetry accessories later? The EVO line is far more versatile.

  • Staying all-Simagic, no extras? The Alpha series will feel more purpose-built and direct.

Here is a step-by-step guide to resolve the problem:
1. Close iRacing and MOZA Pit House
To ensure a clean restart, first, close both iRacing and the MOZA Pit House application completely. Make sure to check your system tray (the arrow in the bottom right corner of your Windows taskbar) to fully exit Pit House.
2. Recalibrate the paddles
  1. Open MOZA Pit House.
  2. Navigate to the Recovery and Reset page. In some versions, this is labeled as the second-to-last side tab.
  3. On the Recovery and Reset page, find and click the Calibrate Paddles button.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration process for both your upshift and downshift paddles.
3. Restart your computer and wheel base
  1. Shut down your computer.
  2. Power off your MOZA wheel base.
  3. Restart your computer and then power on your wheel base.
4. Relaunch MOZA Pit House and iRacing
  1. Open MOZA Pit House and confirm that the paddles are registering correctly in the software.
  2. Launch iRacing and test the shifters on a track.
Other potential solutions
  • Check for connection issues: While your buttons still work, a brief disconnect can sometimes affect the paddles. Make sure your USB cables are plugged in securely, preferably directly into a USB 3.0 port on your computer rather than a hub.
  • Roll back firmware: If the issue persists, the latest firmware may be faulty. In MOZA Pit House, you can try rolling back to the previous firmware version that was working for you. Users have reported success with this for similar update-related problems.
  • Contact MOZA Support: If none of these steps work, you may have a deeper software or hardware issue. The best next step is to submit an error report through Pit House and contact MOZA's support team directly.

WE NEED TO ADD THE WHEELBASES THAT THIS SOLUTION WILL WORK FOR

If you're concerned about mounting a dash to your rig due to the wheel deck design, here's a potential solution using spacers to clear the deck.

Step 1: Confirm Your Wheelbase / Wheel Base Mount

Before proceeding, please confirm which wheelbase you’re using. Different wheelbases may require different mounting approaches, and we want to ensure that this solution will work for your setup.

Step 2: Use the Appropriate Spacers

To adapt the dash to your setup, you can use 10mm spacers as shown in the image below:

In this example (ASR6):

  • 10mm Spacer: Provides the necessary clearance to ensure the mount sits flush.
  • 6mm Wheelbase Mount: Needs to be taken into consideration for the bolt size.
  • 10mm into Wheelbase: This depth is required for secure mounting.
  • M8 x 35mm Bolt: This should be used to secure everything together.

These components should allow the dash to be mounted flush with your rig, clearing the wheel deck and ensuring a secure fit while keeping the wheelbase and dash properly aligned.

Additional Considerations:

  • Dash Width: The dashes are 24 inches wide, except for Fanatec Club Sport, CSL Elite, and Thrustmaster versions. Be sure to check the clearance of the uprights of the dash to ensure a proper fit.
  • Mounting Holes: Confirm if your wheelbase has a through mounting hole (like Simucube, where the bolt can go through without limiting the length) or a limited depth hole (like Simagic, where the bolt cannot go through completely). This will affect the bolt length you need to use.

Dash are 24 inches wide (except for Fanatec Club Sport,  CSL Elite, and Thrustmaster versions) Be sure to check clearance of uprights of dash

Confirm if your wheelbase has a through mounting hole (where bolt can go through not limiting length of bolt) (Simucube) Or a limited depth hole (Simagic) where the bolt cant go through

Currently only The GT NEO is compatible with 3rd party wheel bases with the use of the Mag Link Cable. All other Simagic wheels require a Simagic wheel base to function properly

* Please note Fanatec wheel bases will also require the Fanatec podium hub or a 3rd party adaptor so that you will get FFB

FSR, KS, TSW wheels are compatible with 3rd party wheel bases using the Moza Racing Universal Hub. This hub converts these wheels to USB so that you can connect directly to your PC.

* Please note Fanatec wheel bases will also require the Fanatec podium hub or a 3rd party adaptor so that you will get FFB

Yes, you can run other manufacturers' wheels on Simagic and Moza Racing wheel bases, but compatibility depends on the quick release system and electronics. Here’s a breakdown:

1. Using Third-Party Wheels on Simagic / Moza Bases

  • Mechanical Compatibility: Both Simagic and Moza use their proprietary quick-release systems. To attach third-party wheels, you will need the brands quick release.
  • Electronics Compatibility: USB-powered wheels (like Cube Controls) can work independently if connected directly to your PC. Via USB / Bluetooth

2. Quick Release

  • For Simagic: You can use a Simagic QR and a third-party USB-based wheel that connects directly to your PC.
  • For Moza Racing: You can use a Moza Racing QR and a third-party USB-based wheel that connects directly to your PC.
  • Simagic Wheels: Work natively on Simagic bases.
  • Moza Wheels: Work natively on Moza bases.
  • USB Wheels (e.g., Cube Controls): Work on both Simagic and Moza bases but require separate PC connection. via USB or Bluetooth (Depending on what the wheel offers)

However you may also use the Moza Racing ESX wheel with any of their other wheel bases (R5, R9, R12, R16, R21) for Xbox compatibility as well

Their are some 3rd party adaptors on the market that Can make Simagic / Moza Racing Compatible with PS5 but we have not tested them

The T-nuts we provide are twist-in style. When inserting them into the channel, ensure they rotate and lock into place properly.

To do this, thread the T-nut just enough onto the M4 bolt so that it has enough length in the slot to twist and secure itself.

Guides

If you're diving into the world of MOZA Racing and feeling a little overwhelmed by the sea of sliders and settings in the Pit House software, you're not alone. This guide breaks down everything you need to get your force feedback dialed in for iRacing and other sims using MOZA’s ecosystem (R5, R9, R12, R16, R21).

What Is MOZA Pit House?

MOZA Pit House is the core tuning and device management software for all MOZA Racing gear. It’s where you’ll:

  • Calibrate your base, wheel, and pedals

  • Customize force feedback

  • Update firmware

  • Save and share profiles

You’ll find settings split into multiple tabs:

  • Basic Settings (intensity, strength, FFB filter)

  • Advanced Settings (equalizer curves, friction, inertia, damping)

  • Game Profiles (per-sim tuning, saved profiles)

  1. Update Firmware & Software:

    • Make sure Pit House and all MOZA firmware are up to date.

    • Run Pit House as Administrator.

  2. Calibrate Your Hardware:

    • Calibrate wheel center, pedal ranges, etc.

  3. Start With Presets:

    • MOZA offers presets under Game Settings > iRacing.

    • These are good starting points you can tweak from.

  4. Tune FFB in Pit House First:

    • Dial in your gain, filter, and equalizer settings before adjusting in-game FFB.

  5. Then Tune In-Game Settings (e.g. iRacing):

    • Set max force and reduce smoothing or damping if needed.

    • Always disable in-game FFB filtering when using Pit House EQ curves.

While tuning is personal, here are ballpark settings for MOZA wheelbases:

MOZA R9 (iRacing Example)

  • Steering Angle: 900°

  • Road Sensitivity: 3–4

  • Game Force Feedback Intensity: 100%

  • Overall Strength: 70–85%

  • Wheel Spring: 0

  • Wheel Damper: 0–5

  • Mechanical Backlash: 0

  • Equalizer: Bump mid-high frequency slightly for road detail

iRacing In-Game:

  • Max Force: 30–45Nm

  • Wheel Force: Match your MOZA base

  • Damping: 0%

  • Min Force: 0%

  • Reduce Force When Parked: On

Tip: Always adjust one setting at a time. Take notes and use the Save/Load profile feature in Pit House!

Where to Find More Profiles & Help

Looking for community profiles or peer-tested setups?

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don’t stack FFB filters in both Pit House and in-game, use one or the other

  • Avoid front USB ports or hubs, plug directly into your motherboard’s USB 3.0 port

  • Don’t forget to save your working profiles, there's no autosave!

Whether you're dialing in your force feedback or trying to build a consistent setup across your Simagic ecosystem, these tuning insights are tailored for the Alpha EVO line of wheelbases — particularly the EVO Pro, in Assetto Corsa Competizione.

These settings aim to improve clarity, response, and control, especially during trail braking, suspension load changes, and weight transfer through corners.

In-Game FFB Settings (Assetto Corsa Competizione)

SettingValue

Minimum Force0%
Damper0%
Dynamic Damper100%
Road Effects0%
Frequency400Hz
Steer Lock900°
Steer Linearity1.0
Brake Gamma1.0
Gearshift Debounce50ms

These in-game settings offer a clean signal path to the wheelbase, minimizing software filtering so the base’s native tuning can take over.

SimPro Manager Settings (Alpha EVO Pro)

Base Settings

ParameterValue
Max Torque100%
Road Sensitivity5
Steering Speed4
Steering Damping1
Steering Inertia0
Natural Inertia0
Natural Friction1

These values deliver a responsive, lightweight feel without sacrificing stability.

Mechanical Settings

ParameterValue
Mechanical Damper4
Mechanical Friction2
Wheel Speed4

Tuned for smoother transitions, subtle cornering resistance, and natural rebound feel.

FFB Curve Settings

ParameterValue
Gamma Curve1.5
Dynamic Damper10
Game Dampening0
Game Friction0

A balanced gamma curve helps amplify lighter forces without overpowering them, making it easier to detect grip loss or curb strikes mid-corner.

Notes & Tips

  • Dynamic Damper at 100% (in-game) + 10 (SimPro) softens sharp peaks, mimicking real suspension compression under load.

  • The Gamma Curve creates a more progressive FFB response – especially helpful in GT3-style cars.

  • Mechanical Friction & Damper smooth out micro corrections without introducing rubbery deadzones.

  • Steering Speed and Sensitivity help fine-tune rotation resistance based on driver preference.

Summary

These settings strike a great balance between realism and driveability in ACC. They’re especially well-suited for drivers who value strong road detail, smooth force transitions, and a clean, predictable steering response.

Setting up a Simucube wheelbase can seem overwhelming at first, but once you're familiar with the tools and terminology, it's straightforward. Whether you're running a Simucube 2 Sport, Pro, or Ultimate, this guide covers the essential tuning steps using Simucube’s True Drive software.

Getting Started with Simucube Tuner

To begin, download and install the Simucube True Drive software (also called Simucube Tuner). This is where you’ll configure force feedback (FFB), rotation range, and fine-tune your wheel’s feel.

These values offer a solid starting point for most racing sims:

  • Enable High Torque Mode
When powered on, your wheelbase starts in “Safe Torque Mode.”
    👉 To enable full performance:

    • Open the True Drive software

    • Click the hamburger menu (☰)

    • Click the power icon to activate High Torque Mode

  • Overall Strength:
Match this to your wheelbase’s rated output.
Example: 25 Nm for Simucube 2 Pro

  • Steering Range:
Set to 900° as a default starting point

  • Damping:
Start with a value between 3–5

  • Friction:
    Start with 0

  • Inertia:
    Start with 0

  • Centering Force:
Set to 0 to avoid unwanted resistance mid-corner

Fine-Tuning for Feel

Once your wheel is functional, you can start dialing in how it feels in your hands.

  • Damping

    • Higher values reduce oscillation but mute road feel

    • Lower values = more reactive and responsive

  • Friction

    • Adds resistance or “drag” to turning

    • Useful for simulating heavier steering effort

  • Inertia

    • Adjusts resistance to changes in wheel direction

    • Helps make the wheel feel more natural in high-speed transitions

  • Smoothness / Reconstruction Filter

    • Higher values = smoother FFB, less detail

    • Lower values = more responsive but potentially choppy

    • Ideal setting varies by sim

Profiles & Community Resources

  • Create and Save Profiles
Use different settings for GT3, open-wheel, rally, etc.
Don’t forget to hit “Save” and set the profile as Active

  • Use Simucube Paddock
You can import setups shared by the Simucube community directly inside True Drive, under Online Paddock.

Final Tips

  • After each change, test in-game before moving on

  • Use in-game FFB settings in combination with Simucube tuning

  • Always save your profile to avoid losing progress
