The warranty applies to the original owner and isn't transferable if the product changes hands.
What's Covered
Cube Controls will replace, at their discretion, malfunctioning, faulty or incorrectly manufactured parts following inspection. Any parts replaced under warranty become the property of the manufacturer.
What Isn't Covered
The warranty is valid only where the product has been used as intended and maintained according to the manual. It's void if repairs or modifications have been carried out by you or an unauthorized party, other than the standard maintenance described in the manual.
It doesn't cover damage from:
- Excessive stress or inappropriate operating methods
- Continued use after an anomaly has been noticed
- Failure to follow the use and maintenance instructions
- Inexperience, negligence, or poor or omitted maintenance

How to Claim
Start your claim through our returns portal:

Log in with your order details and follow the prompts. If you have trouble with the portal, email [email protected] with your order number. We'll raise the claim with Cube Controls on your behalf.
What You'll Need
- The product type and model
- Date of purchase, with proof of purchase (invoice or payment receipt)
- A detailed description of the fault, with photos or video where it helps
Proof of purchase is required. Without it, replacement costs fall to you.
Please return the product with all its original accessories and packaging. Incomplete returns can delay the claim.
Shipping Costs
For repairs or replacements approved under warranty, the manufacturer covers transport and shipping. If the fault turns out to fall outside the warranty because of misuse or unauthorized modification, shipping is at your cost.
Response Times
Cube Controls is an Italian manufacturer and observes an annual summer closure in August, along with a holiday closure over Christmas and New Year. Claims raised during those periods will be picked up when they reopen. We'll tell you if that affects your case.
Where You Bought It Matters
We can only handle warranty claims for products purchased from Apex Sim Racing. If you bought from another retailer or direct from Cube Controls, please contact them.
