You can cancel your order directly from your order confirmation email, or by contacting our Customer Support team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for your cancellation request.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already shipped, it will need to be processed as a return in accordance with our return policy.
