Finding Your Serial Number
Your Simagic product's Serial Number (S/N) is the primary identifier for after-sales support. You'll find it on the product packaging and on the product itself, on a sticker attached to the surface. Provide the 10 or 14-digit S/N when submitting your claim and we can process it much faster.

If your product has a serial number, you don't need a warranty card. If it doesn't have one, keep your warranty card, as you'll need it for after-sales support.
Where to Claim
If you bought your Simagic product from Apex Sim Racing, start your claim through our returns portal:
https://www.apexsimracing.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login
Log in with your order details and follow the prompts. The portal walks you through submitting the claim and generates a return label where one is needed. Full details are in our Return Policy.
If you have trouble with the portal, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll pick it up from there.
What You'll Need
- Your order number or the email used at purchase
- The product serial number
- A clear description of the fault, with photos or video where it helps
How Claims Are Handled
Submit through the portal and we'll review it and come back to you with next steps.
Some parts don't need to come back at all. If the issue is with a user-installable component such as a spring or hydraulic cylinder, replacement parts can usually be sent out directly with nothing to return.
If the product does need to come back, the portal will issue your return label. Once approved, the product needs to be shipped within 7 working days or the claim closes and has to be reopened.
Please return the product with all its original accessories and packaging. Incomplete returns can delay the claim.
Repairs don't restart the clock. A repaired or replaced unit carries the remainder of the original warranty period.
What Isn't Covered
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents, unless caused by a manufacturing defect
- Damage from disassembly or modification without written authorisation
- Damage from using third-party components outside Simagic's specifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, liquid contact, fire or other external causes
- Products with a removed or altered serial number
Accidental damage isn't covered by any manufacturer warranty. See our article on CPS Warranty coverage if you'd like protection for drops, spills and other accidents.
